Safety and community rules

These are the public safety standards for the Zinsta app (published by Zinsta, zinsta.org). They apply to everyone: fans, creators and our own team.

Who can use Zinsta

Zinsta is only for adults aged 18 or older. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up and block anyone under 18. Creators must also pass an ID check before they can go online. If we learn that someone is under 18, we close the account.

Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse and exploitation

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualised content involving minors, and any attempt to contact or exploit a minor, is strictly prohibited on Zinsta.

• We remove such content and permanently ban the account straight away.
• We preserve the evidence and report it to the relevant authorities, including Pakistan's FIA National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency, and to international bodies where the law requires it.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and with Google Play on any notice about this.

Community rules

• No sexual content, nudity or sexual services.
• No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or violence.
• No scams, fake accounts or impersonation.
• No illegal services or content.
• No moving a session off Zinsta: do not share phone numbers, emails or social handles to avoid the platform, and do not ask for payment outside the app.

How to report or block

• In the app: open a creator profile and tap the menu (three dots) for Report or Block. During a session, use the menu at the top right, or press and hold a message to report it.
• By email: [email protected]. Please include the person's handle and what happened.

What we do with a report

Our moderation team reviews every report. Depending on what we find, we warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban an account, refund affected sessions and, where the law requires, inform the authorities. Chat messages are screened automatically for scams, abuse and contact sharing, and flagged messages are reviewed by our team.
