By using Zinsta you agree to these terms.

Who can use Zinsta

You must be 18 or older. Creators must pass identity verification.

Sessions and payments

• Fans buy time (chat, voice or video) from a creator using their Zinsta wallet.
• If a creator declines, does not respond in time, or does not start a booked session, the fan is refunded in full automatically.
• If a fan cancels a booking at least one hour ahead they are refunded in full; later cancellations get a partial refund. If a creator ends a session early, unused time is refunded.
• Problems can be reported within 24 hours of a session and are reviewed by our team.
• Zinsta takes a platform fee from each session; creators see their earnings before purchase. Earnings are held for a short period before they can be withdrawn.

See also our safety and community rules. Child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities.

• No sexual content, harassment, threats, hate, scams or illegal services.
• Do not share phone numbers, emails or social handles to move a session off Zinsta, and do not ask for payment outside the app.
• No impersonation, fake accounts or attempts to cheat the timer, payments or refunds.

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension or a permanent ban.

Content

You are responsible for what you send. Creators are independent people, not employees of Zinsta, and their advice is their own; it is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Liability

Zinsta is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
